     December 28, 2024 — Sunram held its 2025 Performance Accountability Agreement Signing Ceremony at its headquarters under the theme “Excellence in Execution, Progress Through Performance.” Senior leaders, department heads, managers, and key talent gathered to mark a pivotal step in advancing management reforms and aligning strategic goals.

     At the start of the meeting, the Head of HR officially announced Sunram’s 2025 organizational structure and pilot operational model, further optimizing responsibility allocation and collaboration mechanisms. Following this, department heads, led by President Lu, presented annual responsibility-based objectives and signed target responsibility agreements on-site. This "responsibility system" formalized management accountability, ensuring strategic goals were cascaded and efficiently implemented. During the ceremony, President Lu posed for a group photo with department leaders, demonstrating the team’s unified resolve and commitment to mission success.
